I am new to this whole thing, but I just started Kariva two days ago. I haven't been on bc in five years because I found endometriosis. Well my Dr. says the only way I can treat it is with bc. I was reading up on this bc and seen alot worse side effects with it than good. Can anyone tell me there side effects on Kariva?

Kariva is the generic version of Mircette. I was on it a few years ago, and I LOVED it! I have tried many different pills and that was the only one that didn't make me gain weight or act crazy. I did have a lot of break-through bleeding at first, which was annoying. I'm going to get an Rx for it again, but I think this time I'm going to have them give me the brand name, Mircette, instead of Kariva, which is it's generic.
