On Monday I went and had a 'shower mist tan' at a tanning salon. On tuesday I woke up with an incredibly itchy forehead and scalp, then it progressed to almost every area of my body. The bumps look like razor bumps or flea bites. Definitely not pimples. What can I buy over the counter, since I obviously know never to do that again. Since I know never to do it again, will staying away from it help this go away? I have been putting chilled 99% aloe gel all over myself, taking cool baths....what can I buy, orallly, to stop the itch, stop the histamines from opening up or spreading? I want to kill this off.
