I too had tremors for a long time and could not sleep with my anxiety. My doctor put me on something called Inderal, it has worked really well for my tremors and racing heartbeat when I have a panic attack, essentially making them non exsistent. You should also take a SSRI, like Zoloft, PAXIL. etc. Until you get back on your feet so to speak. I hope you feel better and if you have any questions let me know.
