I had this problem when I was in my late teens and I needed a steady hand for my job. My doctor put me on Inderal and it worked a treat :) , mine was caused by anxiety so when I got more confident at my job I didnt need them anymore.

It could be "essential" or "familial" tremor. Inderal can help. I've had it since childhood, as has my father. It can often be hereditary.

Inderal is mainly for a heart condition and commonly causes hypotension (low blood pressure) I don't have high blood pressure or a heart condition, but tx for the suggestion anyway.
