Try the anxiety board, perhaps. It helped me so much. I'm not saying that you have clinical anxiety, but some of the remedies there help. After I tapered off an SSRI and of course off the Hydros, I had a tremor I didn't have before. I am treated for clinical anxiety, so I take Clonazepam, but then my doc also gave me Propanolol (Inderal) which took away the tremor. There is such a long story behind why I think I ended up with the tension and tremor, but mention it to your doc and maybe you can get some relief.
