redbaffl33,
A few "answers" to some of your implied questions...
I take a Ritalin in the afternoon, and I'm 51+. I take an Adderall in the morning. I believe the Doc said the reason is that the Ritalin has a shorter half life than the Adderall, and so is less likely to exacerbate the insomnia.
I've taken Imitrex as needed for migraines for about 6 years. It has almost no side effects.
If your teeth are bad...I don't need to tell you to see a dentist, do I? Yes, I know it costs too much. But maybe you can be treated at a Dental School. Or make payments. I do know that the longer you wait, the more expensive the repairs are going to be.
Your grammar's not so bad. Your punctuation is a little on the e.e.cummings side of styles, but that's okay too.
One last thing: Have you told/expressed to your Doctor how hopeless you feel?
