I have been clean for one week and a day. I really didn't think that I was going to make it this far. I had a couple of close calls where I almost used. Right now the hardest thing for me is the headaches. I have been having the worst headaches of my life! I actually had to go to the ER on Sunday night to get a shot of Imitrex because it turned into a migraine. I'm going to the Doctor tonight. I'm still having some pretty strong cravings and that's really hard too. I've got a lot of stress in my life and I can't resort to my usual coping methods. I have to come up with some new ones.
