I would suggest coming clean with your doctor. A good doc wouldn't punish your or anything like that. They can prescribe you meds like clonidine and hydroxyzine to help you through it. Or you can look into Suboxone (the drug I'm currently on to beat my painkiller problem). Unfortunately it's not very accessible, only certain doctors can prescribe.

When I came to the end of the line with my addiction, I didn't know what to do, my boyfriend made the simple suggestion of coming clean, that was the best decision I could have made, I was able to get the help I needed and today I have 5 weeks painkiller free.
