Sorry to hear about your hives... I've suffered with them for a year, but thankfully they are under control now. I encourage you to see and allergist! They know which medications prove to be useful in treating urticaria. Do you have any angioedema (swelling of your lips, eyes..etc?) Zyrtec has been working wonderfully for me, along with Singulair, Zantac, Brethine and Hydroxyzine. Hang in there, once it's under control and the flares don't come as often it gets much BETTER!!!
