Try applying miconazole 2% cream twice a day to kill off yeast/fungus, if its going to work, you should see improvement in a few days, but continue use for 2 weeks after the rash is gone, to make sure you get all of the bugs!

You can also apply 1% hydrocortisone twice a day for a few days to help the itching and redness.
