i am 26 yrs old female. previously i had very good complexion . However at abt 20 yrs old, pimples started popping. btw i cannot differentitae between pimples and acne. i haved used topical antibiotics and it helped. then i stopped. and it all came back. these pimples burst and even if they do not, they leave a dark purple mark. dr gave me some hydrocortisone to use but it is useless and my skin peels now. and now my whole face has them. and just today as many as 10 small red humps appeared. are they pimples or rashes?
