First of all - CONGRATULATIONS!!! When I was pregnant with my daughter, the first month was a bad skin month for me - painful cysts. My derm told me to wash with aqua glycolic cleanser to exfoliate the skin to keep it clearer and to put on a dab of hydrocortisone cream on any of the painful cysts to help reduce the inflammation. This did work for me, but please pass anything by your doctor first. Good luck.
