When I used to get zits that hurt and you couldn't pop them, I would use hydrocortisone cream. You can buy any brand in the drug store. It is an anti inflamatory cream that will reduce the zit over night.

That's what I used to do as well (the hydro. cream). I used to try to pop little pimples... which weren't even a white head, just a flesh-colored bump... that I'd get all over my jaw-line and chin (I didn't find out until later that it was caused by a product that I was using). THEN, I tried sticking some hydrocortisone cream on it because it started to look all dry and almost like eczema. It cleared it up, and the next time that I got a flare-up like that (before it got to the eczema point), I put the cream on and it cleared it up right away! Since then, I've been using it and I haven't really had a problem. :) I'm sure that most brands are pretty comperable, but I use Cortaid; I think it can be found at any pharmacy.

Hope this helps and you get those bumps under control soon! Good luck! :D
