I have a tube of this in cream form, i think its 1%. I started using it last night

Any expericences with this on acne and red marks? or anyone know how effective it is?

YES Don't use Hydrocortisone cream as an acne treatment as it will have the opposite effect and make the problem worse.
You can use it as a treatment for really inflamed pimples by applying a dab of it to the centre of the pimple once or twice daily and follow up with an ibuprofen as these two things together will help to reduce the swelling and redness.
