Okay, well some time ago I had a rash (I forget what caused it) so I decided to use hydrocortisone cream (wish I wouldn't have) to help with the itching/curing. Obviously I ended up using too much and now the skin right below my mouth is thinned out and looks like really fine lines. The worst part is when I tend to smile, laugh, talk and all that the thin/fine lines turn that part of my chin red. It's very depressing. I've posted about this before but I've yet to come up with an answer. Does anyone know of a moisturizer that would help or just anything? I'd rather not goto a derm if I don't have too.
