i forgot to mention this.. there's an otc cream that helped.. it's called hydrocortisone cream. as well, try to avoid showers.. take baths but not too hot as it will aggrevate it too.

I just bought some "cortizone-10" cream and some Calamine Lotion.
I sure hope this stuff will clear up. :(
