As has been said,'
Hot bath,with lavender in it,soothing music,a warm milk drink (if your like me and don't like warm milk add a bit of hot chocolate not to much though),and make sure your bed is warm and snuggly and buy yourself a little night light.Or leave t.v on no volume but pictures on.

It sucks not being able to sleep I fully understand I get if I am lucky 6 hours quality sleep a week.
Didnt believe hot milk would work but that mixed with Halcion (which wasn't working on it's own) actually has given me a little rest.
