I have gallstones and a year ago I had high triglycerides as well (852!) My doctor put me on Gemfibrozil and not only did the gallbladder pain go away, but my triglycerides went down to 104 in just a couple of months. My experience has been totally the opposite of yours, but I'm also taking a different drug to lower my triglycerides. I don't know if you want to try and change your medication at this juncture, but thought I'd share my experience in case you want to bring it up with your doctor.
