hello i just received my 6 month blood work results and all my levels are fine except hdl is 29..i take gemfibrozil to control my triglicerydes my chol level was 122, blood pressure was perfect, tris were little high at 214 and ldl levels were good, my question is how do i raise hdl levels without affecting the other levels which the doctor said were good...exercise and glass of wine per day he says were the best..
