Rx:
Hydrochlorothiazide or Lasix (furosemide)

Over the counter:
Doan's pills or any herbal diuretic with hydrangia, buchu, uva ursi and dandelion.

The Rx work the best and are cheapest.

Also, severe salt restiction. But don't use salt restriction AND a diuretic.
