Why do you ask about being diabetic?? I suddenly started having pain in my right knee, elbow and finger joints 5 days ago after taking Fosamax on Monday morning. I'm a borderline diabetic, per my Dr. So what does being diabetic have to do with joint pain, please?? Thanks

Hi, donsabi didn't mention joint aches and pain, but I checked Fosamax, the medicine you mention, and found that one of the side affects can be joint aches and/or pain. I will try to post a link to this information on Fosamax. I am prediabetic myself. You must try to EXERCISE daily and reduce sugar intake. Most importantly, you must lose weight.
