Inq, I had the same thing, level at 180. No known reason. I took shots for a while, then my Dr. switched me to a prescription called Foltx, which is a combo of B-12, B-6 and Folic Acid. It keeps my levels normal. Lately, I just been buying the vitamins seperately and taking them instead of the script. It's lots cheaper that way. ;)
