ROFL I think that could very well be a possibility. You could be stressing about the move and not even realize it. Do they have any health food stores over there that sell herbs and teas and such. I get my from a health food store. They aslo have a tea called Sleepytime Tea. I think it's made by Celestial Seasonings. That is in the tea section at the grocery. Next time you are at the grocery check by the teas coffe and such to see if it they care it or another that could be better. Also my doctor said that if a perosn is missing nutirents it could keep a person up at niht as well. Sadly that was not my case. I tried them for 4 months as well and still no sleep better looking nails and hair but no sleep. He told me to take calcium, magnesium,potassium, and inositol. If you take the last one you will need to know that cofffe kills it. So if you don't want to waste your money if ou decide to buy it then no coffee and very little caffine best if you do ot have none though. Choline should be taken in the same amount as inositol and the best is to take the entire B group vitamins with it, Vitamin E, vitamin C as well as folic acid and linoleic acid is thought to increase the functioning of inositol. Don't do like I did and take it for a 2 dayas and then stopped cause I did not see the effects right away. My dr. told me that it takes time for the body to absorb the supplements before it could react to them. Unfourtunately I hate waiting and the colas one in the end when the supplements did not make me sleep.
The calcium and magnesium worked alone I took them before bed. I do not think my body was depleated of them much cause after a few nights I started sweating bad after taking them. I take all ny vitamins before I got to bed. I fiqure they have a better chance of staying in my body and working while I lay in bed sleep or not sleep.
