I would try taking 10mg at a time in the morning 5 at noon and 5 at 4 and see if it helps. Try it for a couple of days and see how it goes. You may want to try brand name Hydrocortizone. It is called Cortef and there is a difference. You may also want to inquire about adding florinef if your symptoms perisist. Could not tell from above post if you are on 30 or 20. If you are on 30 do 10,10,10 and try taking your last dose a little later but not after 5 or it will really interfere with your sleep.
