I missed my morning dosage of Cortef & Florinef today for the first time in a year and a half since I was diagnosed. I thought of it about 5 hours after I would normally take it. Does anyone know if we are suppose to just skip it then till the next dose or take it when you think of it? What about the Florinef? I know the Cortef we will get our afternoon dosage but the Florinef we only take once. I did call my doctor and only got advice from a nurse who told me to take both of them and then still take the next dose when I normally would. Has anyone ever experienced this? Just curious in case this happens again.

Ive forgot many times but always take what I missed and the regular daily dose. It shouldnt matter with the Cortef but the Florinef just take once a day. A good idea is to keep some pills in a container in your vehicle in case you forget in the morning.
