i actually have this problem due to spinal cord damage that also damaged some facial nerves.i didn't think anything would help me til i tried the breathe right nasal strips?what a freakin godsend these were for me.they just open up the entire nasal passages so well,i couldn't believe how much better i could just breathe.i did have to stop using them tho after a while i started to react to the plastic, but that was just me.the other thing i now do is use flonase?two little squirts in each nostril before bed works really really well too.i had at first tried nasocort but it wasn't something my ins co wanted to pay for so i then tried flonase.it actually worked even better than the nasocort so that worked out well for me.just a couple of suggestions for you that really worked well for me.its always worth trying.just an FYI tho on the nasal strips?get the ones that are for sensitive skin as the other ones stick wayyy too good and really hurt when you try to take them off.but the others(the clear ones?) are good.you do need an Rx for the flonase tho.just give these suggestions a try,one of them may work well for you.let me know how things go,K?
