for about a year now my sinuses have been plugged 24/7 its a deep plug like behind my nose where i cant blow it out. I went to see my doc and he gave me flonase, because pseudofed and other pray didnt work. So far i have taken the flonase for 5 days now with no difference, its still pluigged up behind my nose. What shoul i do?
Mix one gram of salt (1/5th of a teaspoon) in a glass of water then pour the water a bit at a time in your hand and sniff it up your nose until it runs down the back of your throat. Blow your nose gently and see if you can dislodge anything. Do that several times each day to try to loosen up your sinus. You can also buy the 1% salt solution in drug stores usually. I don't think you want to use drugs that dry your sinuses out because that just makes it more difficult to blow your nose.
If that doesn't work, then maybe its time for a catscan.
