If your stuffiness is worse when the window is open, you may have an allergy to something outside--mold, pollen. I have many allergies and I've also been having trouble with a stuffy nose. My doctor prescribed Flonase to spray in my nose once a day and Sudafed for a decongestant. However, if you have PVC's you'll need to ask your doctor before you take any sort of decongestant because they can speed up your heartbeat like caffeine does. Your doctor might be able to prescribe an antihistamine if he thinks you're having allergy problems. I know you must be miserable--hope you can get some relief soon.
