That is exactly what I feel, pressure, numbing, cold chills and dizziness. I explained everything to my doctor and he thought it was a sinus infection, but the xray showed negative. He just said that it was due to allergies and he gave me allegra and flonase. I will try these out for a couple of weeks and if things don't get better, then it might be something serious. If you get to see the neurologist, let me know what happens. Thanks!
