Has anyone else experienced this?
About six months ago, when I was struggling with Fioricet, I ordered some online. One order only, but I had to give them my phone number for the FedEx delivery.
I've since been able to taper off the drug, but this online pharmacy has started calling me and harassing me because I'm no longer ordering. They're calling several times a day, and often late at night. My husband has answered a few of them, so I've had to make up some story about someone stealing my name and number to order drugs.
I don't know how to get rid of these people. I've reported every call to the "Do Not Call" registry. These calls are all coming from an overseas call center, so any asian woman who asks to speak to me, I'm now telling them they have the wrong number. Still they call. Yesterday, three times.
Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know how to shake them, short of changing my number, which I REALLY hate to do just because of this one nuisance.
And for those of you who are still struggling with addiction, be warned that this can happen. If you're ordering online, and trying to keep it from your family, well, this is what they do.
