I am having trouble finding a good bc. I was on the patch but it made me phsycially sick, then estrostep which I *loved* but it was too expensive. Then I switched to Ortho tricyclen-lo because I could get it on campus cheap but once I graduated it became too expensive, so then I went to necon and now I am on sprintec. I was on Necon in Nov/Dec and on Sprintec Jan/Feb... I'm not really sure how I got switched. One of these 2 pills has caused me to gain weight, or maybe the combo but I feel like i need to get off of the sprintec incase it is that pill. I know the difference between tri sprintec and sprintec is the homone level in sprintec varies over the month, will the lower dose of hormones be enough to help me drop the weight? I know everyone's bodies vary but any help would be appreciated. Also, does anyone know of any other pills that I could switch to to help me drop the weight? I'm 23 with no insurance so generics are awesome but at this point I am thinking about paying the extra for ortho tri-cyclen lo because I know I didn't gain weight on it.
