:dizzy: I didn't have a very good experience on Nuva Ring. The first month was perfectly fine but with the 2nd and 3rd months I experienced 75% more acne, spotting and breast pain. Maybe if I stayed on it longer all of that might have cleared up, but I had to stop using it. I just couldn't take all the side effects. I'm sure everyone's situation is different. I've had much better success with the pill (Estrostep).
