My sinuses have tortured me for the last 28 years, off and on. (Mostly on) These are the things that I have discovered help me: 1- Antibiotics. I think I would die if I didn't always have a stash hidden away for emergencies. An emergency is when I've tried everything I can think of for days and still can't get rid of the pain. Antibiotics ALWAYS work. 2- Dyazide. (Thank goodness I have borderline hypertension or I wouldn't know this.) 3- Claritin. My insurance won't pay for Claritin so I take Allegra. It's almost as good. 4- Tiger balm IN my nose. I know it burns, but I'm used to it. 5- Sinus concoctions from the health food store. 6- Have a busy and interesting life if possible. When I'm bored and lazy my sinuses are worse. 7- A steam machine I bought at Long's. You put your face in it and get a facial sauna. 8- Try not to sleep too much or late in the morning. An Actifed at night helps also. I hope this helps someone.
