I recently delt with a similar situation. We moved out of our moldy house at the beginning of January. I have had some ongoing problems, but my sinuses and chest congestion have improved a lot since we moved. Because of chronic fungal infections as a result of the mold, my doctor put me on Diflucan for 4 weeks. It is usually used for yeast infections, but it kills other fungal infections systemically as well. It worked and I have been feeling better.

I think that the sooner you are out the better. Give yourself some time to recover and it will get better once you are in a clean environment without mold. My allergies have been worse for a while because of the mold exposure, but I have definitely improved a lot over the last month or so.
