I agree the book stunk!! When you do clear your system from candida just know you will expierence a die off effect and feel sick for a couple of days. There is a product called threelac. I bought it (its under a 100.00) I have not used it yet. I actually went my doctor and he gave me diflucan for 21 days. Had the die off effect that is why I am mentioning it, but when it passes you do feel good until it regrows. I am going to use the threelac, but I am on antibitics right now and want to wait. You really have to be careful what you do, there is soo much info, out there it is hard to know what is good or not. My husband thinks a good nutritionist is ideal.
