My skin is not bad but I would love for it to be perfect when I get married. I currently take 100mg spironolactone, yaz, and differin cream. I don't want to go the oral antibiotics route.
Any ideas for what would push my skin over the edge? :) I'm not sure my skin could handle the differin .3, but I might try it anyways. Any suggestions for a morning topical?

Yes the spiro helped. I had considered asking them to up my dosage but I'm not sure they will as it is my endocrinologist who prescribed it for a hormonal imbalance, not for my skin issues. I don't get any zits, even when I'm not using the differin, since I started the spiro 4 years ago. I still have some bumps and blackheads. Is she taking 200mg AND yaz? That would be more than most will prescribe I think... Building up to my max dose helped me deal with the diuretic side effect until I adjusted.
