Hi guys, I was on Ortho years ago and also don't remember having any issues with acne. However, I've been on Trinessa for a couple years now and haven't had any major probelems with acne - I would just get a few around that time. I started breaking out bad about a year ago and tried Proactive for a full year but it only helped a little. I went to a dermatolgist and he put me on Differin. I've been on it for 2 weeks now and its only gotten worse! Now that I've read this thread, it has me thinking if Trinessa could be the cause of the acne and maybe switching back to Ortho would be the solution. Please let me know what your gyno thinks and if you do swtich if you see any improvement. Thanks!
