HI! I can't exactly answer your question but I just wanted to let you know that I am in the same exact situation. I am just starting Desogen (actually, Orthocept same thing) after a BAD experience/initial breakout on Yasmin. From what I have read here, these should not be an initial breakout with Desogen but you never know with the birth control pills. I guess we just have to wait and see. Let me know how you do though, as will I.
