Did you just stop taking diane? I think that would be the most likely cause. Spiro makes your periods come closer together, so that shouldn't be the problem. If you don't think its Diane doing it I have no clue!
As far as sex drive, I noticed no difference on spiro alone (100mg/day). But whenever I'm on the pill (Yasmin, OTC lo, or Desogen) I have zero.
