I definitely think it varies from person to person. But Ortho Lo was bad for my skin. Yasmin and Desogen both helped it.

I've read alot on the posts about Diane 35 and YAsmin being godo for skin...Desogen too..I;ll stick to my Alesse for a few mos and decide then what I wanna try...

Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo SUCKS for acne. :o I have been on it for 11 months...only because nothing else is covered by my insurance! It is so inconsistant....some weeks my skin is really clear and some weeks are horrible!! Grrrrr!!!

I have my annual gyno appointment on the 23rd and am hoping to be put on either regular OTC, Yasmin, or Desogen (whatever is cheapest)! I don't care if it costs me more money, I just want clear skin! :rolleyes:

I second that! I'm using Differin, Rosac, Desogen, and spironolactone. It has definitely taken all 4 to get me clear. And it took a lot of fighting with doctors to get my testosterone checked!!
