Everyone on these boards have said that ortho-lo has made their acne worse. It makes sense- it has low levels of estrogen. Estrogen is what helps acne by blocking testosterone levels. Testosterone is what causes the acne breakouts in some women. I would switch to Yasmin or Desogen. They work wonders on hormonal acne in women!
