I have moderate acne. I use Rosac cream in the morning, Differin cream at night, 100mg/day spironolactone, and Desogen birth control pills. Its working pretty darn well :)
Lynn, you could ask your doctor about erythromycin? I think that might be safe? Probably discouraged anyways though...
