Yasmin has the equivalent of 25mg of spiro. Thats a pretty small dosage, but compared to OTC it would probably help your acne a little more.
I love spiro. It has gotten rid of almost all the bumps on my skin and I never ever get zits. The blackheads are going away very very slowly though. I'm wondering if maybe my derm needs to remove them to speed things up. I'm also on topicals and birth control: differin cream, klaron lotion, and desogen.
