It can start to work in two weeks, 25mg seems a little low-my seven year old takes that amount before bed and 25mg of adderall in the morning-that combo works great. I still get a jittery vibe from you though-reminds me of myself, I was recently diagnosed with adult add, I also have bipolar type two and I take 1000mg of depakote to help with my 'going a million miles and hour' thing :) Good for you that you found a good doctor that listens-they can be hard to find! good luck.
