I have known 2 people on methadone...one did great, the other died of an opiate overdose(he was a patient of our medical group). Its a lesser of two evils I guess but works for some. If someone is going to go C/T they might want to try taking and weaning from Darvocet-N 100. It is related to methadone but a a weaker level. I used Darvocet to get thru the physical part and it helped comared to the last time I tried detoxing.
