I wish you would post your last thyroid test results. For many hypos... a 1.34 TSH usually would make you feel like crap and cause many of your symptoms. If my TSH was a 1.34 I wouldn't even be able to work.
MOST hypo's feel best with TSH of under a 1.0 and their Free T3 and Free T4 mid to 3-4 way to the top of your range.
You've also been on a T4 only med for a long time. Keeping and charting your labs can show you and your doctor if you are not converting T4 to T3 anymore. I had to do this. The more T4 med I was prescribed, the lower my T3 labs dropped. T3 is your energy, focus and controls others things as well.
You may want to get copies of yout labs and post then here, or talk to your doctor about supplementing with a T3 med (cytomel) or changing to a natural thyroid med (Arour thyroid) which has both T4 and T3 in it. It is a prescription drug, not a "supplement".
In the mean while you may want to print this out and take it to your doc with your symptoms marked. It's for andrenal and thyroid symptoms.

Good luck!
