Can you try flexiril (generic cyclobenzaprine) for the sleep disorder? i also take Klonopin to help with the pain and anxiety. Zoloft for well, the pain, as well. I had to keep going up on the Zoloft before it began to help. Originally I was on amitriptyline but got pregnant so I began the flexiril. It works well for me.

That may be my next option. I'm up to 80 mg Paxil. The Klonopin's working okay so far, but I seem to adapt to every treatment they try.
