To me, it sounds most like you have an ergonomic problem with your computer and your chair. I think there's a nerve pinch somewhere in your mid thoracic spine. It really doesn't sound cardiac related at all.
Talk to somebody versed in proper desk posture and alignment (as if the human body could EVER adapt totally to such an environment:D:D)
Some stretching/yoga/massage if you can arrange it will help. Perhaps a trip to a chiropracter if you're so inclined (beware those who recommend an eternity of "treatment".)
The drug FLEXERIL (cyclobenzaprine) helps some people in a couple weeks.
Regular excercise will serve you well.
