Today was day #4 on the rack, and I don't really feel any different, which may be good since I am not in pain at the moment. They do TENs now after the treatment, Monday was just because the machine was in use when I got there. Also had Ultrasound today, if that means anything. Red, I am glad you will not be forced to give up riding, that is great! And Dennis.....you sound like you need a good 2 days in bed, being waited on hand & foot. That's what I did when I had spasms a month ago. And I took Vioxx and Cyclobenzaprine and I don't know what else, whatever I could get my hands on I suppose. [img]http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dizzy.gif[/img] Felt MUCH better after that!!
