I was just switched from Cozaar 50mg to Atacand 8mg, no weaning, just stopped and switched and thus far I haven't noticed the change. Cardio doctor said that I wouldn't notice, he was right. Trust your doctor and I believe you are going to do spectacular. It is definately worth the try if it's going to alleviate your asthma/SOB problems. Take care and try not to stress. I know, easier said than done. Just think possitively as much as you can. So glad you are talking to your doctor about your concerns. You are on the right track, so try to relax. :)
